Cybersecurity
Co-Founder / CISO
Cybersecurity leader, entrepreneur, and digital product builder with over 16 years of experience across five countries. He combines enterprise security leadership with startup building to ensure 1448 is architected and operated with trust at its core.
Azeez Razaq Adewale is a serial founder of several digital products and co-founder of multiple startups where he combines his cybersecurity profession with business expertise to ensure secured delivery of those products.
His career spans senior roles at Kry International AB (a major European digital healthcare company), Zeekr Technology Europe (Geely Group), Bitso (Latin America), Yahoo Inc. (United States), and multiple African enterprises.
He holds the CISSP, C|CISO, CCSP, PCI DSS QSA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, and ISO/SAE 21434 Lead Auditor certifications, and serves on the EC-Council ECIH Scheme Committee and ISC2 CISSP Content Advisory Panel — governance roles at two of the world's leading cybersecurity certification bodies that are rare among his peers.
He holds an MSc in Information Security and Digital Forensics from the University of East London (UK) and an MSc in IT Management from University West (Sweden). His quantitative research on security breaches in the digital financial sector is archived in Sweden's national academic repository and published on SSRN.

Multidisciplinary media professional, creative technologist, and educator shaping UI/UX and product experience at 1448 — bridging film, design, animation, and digital storytelling into interfaces people navigate with clarity.
Ashraff Adeyemo works across film production, UI/UX design, animation, broadcast media, and AI-driven creative workflows. He lectures university students in Drama, Film and Documentary studies while mentoring young creatives in practical media production and digital storytelling.
With years of experience in videography, cinematography, branding, and digital design, he has built a reputation for connecting academic learning with real-world industry practice — integrating emerging tools such as Generative AI into media training for the evolving global creative economy.
He is the founder of Ashnimator Media & Film Production Academy, where students are trained in industry-standard workflows across video production, graphic design, animation, and UI/UX.
Ashraff presently works at Nile University of Nigeria and has previously led multimedia programmes at Prime University Abuja, Elerimosa Institute of Technology, and Fountain University. He has served as a mentor in the 2025 Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship Program, with a focus on helping students move from theory into hands-on innovation, employability, and globally relevant digital skills.
